We ship through our parcel services and our freight forwarder. Shipping or pick-up possible. For shipping by parcel post outside of Germany please send a request.

Shipping charges apply within Germany only (not including islands). For shipping costs to islands and other countries please inquire in advance. Shipping to European countries is possible any time.

International shipping to Europe possible at any time. Shipping costs are shown for each article and also in the shopping cart. Parcel shipping starts from € 4.95. The forwarding shipment begins at € 49.00 shipping by our parcel services and by our forwarding agent. Shipping costs or self-pickup possible. Package shipping outside of Germany please inquire. Delivery time.
We need 1-2 days to get your order ready for shipping.

* Tracking information.
After shipment has been initiated, the customer automatically receives an e-mail with the tracking details.

* Guidelines for lost packages.
If a package has not arrived within 2 weeks of the shipping date, it is treated as a lost package. In this case, we send a new package to the customer, provided we can deliver the same items as ordered by the customer. If you request a return for the items you bought within 14 days (from the date the items were signed for / received), you can return the items for a refund under the following conditions:
1. The products should be returned in their original packaging. This means that they were not used, do not show wear, plastic was not removed, they are not damaged, scratched or otherwise manipulated.
2. All return fees are born by the customer.
3. Returns are not accepted without:
